We are open all year round providing the perfect place to start your adventure from.

Pricing: SUMMER MONTHS.

Sit on Kayaks £10 upto 2 hours,half day £20.00, full day £30.00

Canadian canoes and double sit on £22.00 half day and £33.00 all day!!!. If you want to bring your own canoe and use the facilities please do so.
A great pool and cafe, tent pitches, lodge cabins, a pub, supermarket, a slipway and a beautiful view. Make a weekend of it and you will stay all week.

All canoes come with paddles, life jackets a bucket and a map of the Broads.
Car parking is included in the price and you will also need to bring a damage deposit of £40.00 fully refundable on return.
